Brand Identity


Hendrix is a new online community for musicians to meet, share and collaborate that is built by New York-based designer/developer, Cory Etzkorn. Thomas was engaged to work on the brand identity for the platform and developed a unique logotype, color palette, and typographic system. Working with existing brand elements, including hand-drawn illustrations, the logotype was designed to strike the right balance of friendliness and rock and roll. In addition to the logotype a signature ‘guitar pick’ was designed to be utilized as a brand mark and an IRL promotional device.
